Adding new license key / Updating an existing key

Get the License key for Smarten latest version from the Solutions team.

Steps to replace the license key for Smarten version 5.x

1. Copy the attached .bin file into the license folder under the data folder (e.g. smarten\data\license)

2. After copying rename the file to license.bin (please note that this is case sensitive).

You may delete the previous license.bin if already present.

3. After performing these steps, Login to Smarten.

4. Go to Administration -> Environment Information

5. Click on 'REFRESH LICENSE INFORMATION'. The new license key will be updated.
