Raising a request for the License Key renewal from Smarten Support

In case you notice that your license key is about to expire or expired and would like to raise a request to renew the license key, you need to perform following actions:

• Go to Administration> Configuration
• Open the License Key Information from Smarten Administrator Panel
• Get the MacID of the server where Smarten is installed with various other details and fill-up the table as shown below :

Contact Person	Mr. User
Email Address	user@xyz.com
MAC ID	44:1E:A1:58:F4:36
Smarten Version	5.0
No. of Power Users	2
No. of BI Users	2
No. of Publish Users	0
No. of Admin License	1

• Send it on support@smarten.com with subject line ‘<CompanyName> : License Key Renewal Request’
